Event Rules:

1.Number of participants in Team is 2 members.


2.The topics that the papers can be chosen by your own or suggested topic.It is advisable that the presentation focuses on one particular topic.


3.The paper should strictly follow standard IEEE two-column format (The format can be downloaded from the internet).


4.The paper should be in IEEE format and PDF file,Paper should contain maximum of SIX pages.


5.Kindly bring your PowerPoint presentation in a pen-drive on the event day.


6.Participants are encouraged to come in formal dress code only.


7.Participants are requested to send your IEEE format paper to- aec.csepointers2k23@gmail.com .


8.The teams will get 8 minutes for presentation and followed by question and answer session.


9.Selected papers will be intimated through email.


10.All the participating candidates will get the participations certificates.


11.Time limits should be strictly prohibited.


12.The decision of the judges shall be treated as final and binding on all.


13.The mail with submissions should contain:


Title of the paper.

Domain of the paper.

Names of the participants.

Phone no of the participants.

College Name.
